I have witnessed everything you just mentioned and first few days in Cata will be hilarious..I predict death galore, and single target focus will quickly be learned.

Okay, I want to join your guild, wherever it is. I'm a healer, mage and hunter - usually the healer, and nothing is more frustrating than zoning in and the dps just start up, or the tank runs in and pulls. I might have been in dps gear waiting for the group to form, I haven't buffed anyone yet, and then I have to run up to the tank and heal him because he/she is at 20% health and screaming about "Why isn't the healer healing?"

When I try to explain that I was trying to swap gear or buff people or eat some stat food or mana up -- whatever the case may be -- and hear "We don't need buffs it's only a heroic" or "You should be ready when you queue" I'll often drop group. I don't want to spend 15-20 minutes with an idiot(s). I know - I get the penalty, but I'd rather than often enough than put up with a bad pug for however long the pug lasts.

A good west coast horde server - anyone? (seriously, I moved from east to west coast and need a new server but I don't want to end up on the wrong one)

Too true. The only thing is you left off "again" from the end of the last line.

That was painful.
