Where did you hear about [HDL]? I've run randomly with some of the people. Seem nice.

Why do you want to join [HDL]? I'm looking for a new home.

What is your guild membership history? Why did you leave or want to leave? Let's see, I was in a few "adult" guilds, including Overthrown and Malicious Intent, and I left both of them because the maturity seemed to be compromised in order to get more players. And I am more of a quality over quantity type person.

What do you want from a guild? Company, people to become familiar with. I can pug raids, so really looking for companionship while I play.

Can you follow kill order? skull...x....y z.

Are you a Casual player, Raiding oriented player, or a PvP oriented player?  If you think you are a combination of any of those, what percentage of time would you spend on each? I used to love pvp, but lately I've been primarily 90% raiding or alt playing. I guess I am casual-higher up raider. I've been playing for about 4 years, and I know the game and strive to make my character better. I don't like going into Naxx or something simple and spending the night wiping on trash so I'd like to be with players on the same level.

Raiding Questions

Will you dedicate 5 days a week to raiding? ...I really would rather not. Lol.   

If you answered ""Yes" to the question above, are you aware that [HDL] is not a hard core raiding guild? >>; The previous question made me nervous, so thank god!

Will you dedicate 2 nights a week to raiding? That's do-able.

Are you willing to take/accept criticism to make you a better player? Absolutely. I am always open to new ideas on how to improve, especially since I am trying out a new spec on my shaman.

We do require Omen and Deadly Boss Mods. Do you have these installed? I hate add ons. I don't have them installed...but I can make exceptions for the right guild.

What is your primary and secondary talent build? Which do you prefer? Shaman is elemental. I have 4/5 tier 9 in enhancement though as a secondary spec. Hunter is marksmen.

What is your rotation for your primary and secondary builds?
Shaman: totems, flame shock, lava burst...or whatever it's called, then spam lightning bolt or chain lightning/ rinse repeat.
 

Explain your gear choices, including gems and enchants.
Hmmm so far on my shaman I haven't put too much into my gear because I am working on building a better set. But I am using spell power/+10 stats, things like that.

What do you think of Gearscore? I think it's a cheap way of showing who has more time to spend on wow and doesn't reflect actual talent. :x


PVP Questions

You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take? If people are waiting for me I'd just continue on my way...So...#1.

Do you prefer Battlegrounds, Arenas, or World PVP? Why? I like battlegrounds usually because it's more organized, though WG is fun. I am not sure if that's considered a bg or world pvp.

What is your favorite battleground? Why? I like the classics...wsg and ab. I guess because they are smaller...it's easier to find something to do, versus just wandering around in AV or the new ones. EotS is pretty good, as it's kind of a mix.

I really like Zul Gurub...favorite boss fight...I have no idea.

Are you easily offended? Is your hot button race, religion, sex, or politics? Not really. I don't like screaming. If you scream at me I will be offended. And I think talking crap/ignorance is my hot button, if I had to choose.

Are you aware the [HDL] is largely a collection of angry and cynical players and under-geared toons? Lmao. I wasn't, but now I am.

And as far as being cuddle bears, Faraherde not withstanding, I would say you should make your own call on that.
